This may help those still using 4790k's. I was having an issue with the progress screen taking it's sweet time to show up after exporting a file.
It seemed to be project related, but I'm not that certain now.

I did however, update my driver to 15.40.42.5063 and the panel now appears almost instantaneously. The export progress bar seemed more consistent as well.
