Default 7.5 anybody got BMD to produce 2048 TV out

BMD Decklink 4K Extreme 12G supports 2K 24p but Edius 7.5 doesn't seem to produce any output via BMD I only get HD (any frame rate), UHD or 4K, and no 50/60p in UHD or 4K.

Premiere Pro does produce an output on all formats that BMD supports.

How is Edius 8 Workgroup in this respect? (6 days so far after registering my requests and no link yet to 4 W8 downloads so can't yet test it myself).

Mike

Are you sure they've implemented the newer SDK support in 8 yet? Going by the supported BM device list all the devices they list support using the pre 10 drivers. None of the 10.x only devices are on the list even though they may work.

BMD Decklink works fine with Premiere Pro on 50 or 60p but Edius stops at 30p

We have asked an 50/60P UHD is not implement in EDIUS 7 or 8. We also have not been told when it will be available for EDIUS with BM hardware.

Not so good then. It seems silly when clearly everything hardware wise is working, it just needs some programming to be done.
