Default Recuperate a video from a smartphone

I don't know if this is the good forum...

Didn't see yet the problem but a client can't see a video he did with it's smartphone... because the battery was very low and the power went out during filming.

Have some of you an idea how to proceed... with Edius ?

Thanks already

You might try this app:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...mamolot.mp4fix

Doing a Google search says it has helped others with that type of problem when a battery fails.
