Default Preview output

Opened edius today, preview to spark not working .
am having to use OHCI,any idea y ?

preview to Spark only works when project setting is HD or SD and 8bit and supported frame rate, won't work with 10bit

Thanks for the post. Antons post clarified a lot. I used to work in SD only, but with my GoPro that changed. .Now it becomes a new learning experience. just wondering how I can play my 2.5 and 4 K video to the TV. I am roning HDMI to the TV.

Blackmagic Intensity- cheap as chips. Assuming E7 onwards.

As Dave said Black Magic cards are the way to go for cheap UHD output.

Things to bear in mind though, Edius only allows output from 3rd party cards up to UHD@30fps so if you are using a UHD@50 or 60fps timeline then you still won't see an output.

The Intensity Pro 4K requires a 4x PCI-e socket and the Decklink Mini Monitor 4K requires a 4x PCI-e 2 socket. According to the tech specs neither support 2k output only full HD up to 60fps and UHD up to 30
