Default Laptop advice

I am contemplating buying a new laptop to do occasional video edits while out in the field. This is NOT to be a full workstation. I have a powerful tower to do that.

B&H has a (what looks to be) a goog deal. Here is the link. http://bhpho.to/2dWpJFE

Can anybody offer up thoughts as to whether or not this would be a good laptop to do basic edits. I shoot mostly HD and 4k but output HD only. I am NOT going to be doing multi-layed 4K editing with this PC.

Thanks for your reply.
