I don't know if this will help or not. I'm running 9.51 with the 11.5 update and it still sees my Intensity Shuttle. This device is ancient. Also, I do not have a download option for 8.53.4924 in my registered users section. Curious.
I would try to re-install the driver using Admin privileges. If it won't work, roll back to 11.4.

Version 11.5 is the last version to support Windows 7.

Check your startup and check if the BM ones are enabled
Disabling them can cause that type of problem

I can confirm the same issue. I have re-installed BM Desktop Video 11.4, and all back to normal.

I am using Edius 8.53WG.

BTW, how did you get 8.53.4924, as I can only see 8.53.3262 on the official GV website?

I can confirm also that it does not work with 8.53WG but does work with 9.51WG. For information it does not work with VEGAS 16 or 17 either.

ftp://ftp.grassvalley.com/canopus/Ed....0/E853/b4924/ has a later version but I think that is a special version for certain TV stations

I would use the official latest version
