Default Find location in nested sequence

You have a nested sequence that you sliced and diced. There is a point in the timeline that you need to change something in the parent sequence (maybe move a cut on a multicam timeline) so you double click to get to the parent sequence... how are you supposed to find the spot you need to change?

Is there a way to go from a nested sequence to a parent one - and find the frame you were on in the nested sequence? (It won't be the same timecode since you cut and edited the nested seq.)
