Default Downloading Edius 8.3 to a 3rd device

I've been going back and forth with Customer Support online to find a downloadable vr of the Edius 8.32.1697 I am currently using on my desktop to use on my laptop. Estancia suggested contacting the Forum.
I still have 1 authentication available.
Can you give me a link?
