Default ADVC-110 not detect by the system

Hello,

Yesterday I've got a brand new ADVC-110 which was purchased from an eBay seller located in California USA.
Now when I'm trying to operate it, the Analoge In and the Digital In Blue LEDs are both light on and the 110 is not recognized by the pc.

Some background details:
- I'm trying to capture Sony's camcorder 8MM cassetes.
- I'm using PAL system and since the source is ANALOGE, therefore all switches are set to OFF except #6 which is ON.
- The 110 connected to the pc by the original 6 pin FW silver cable.

Please, Please Help Help...

You really need to contact tech support directly if you want an official answer. They will also be able to help with exchange if necessary.

To add to what Brandon has said, you may want to contact the Israeli Distributor for info on where to get technical support in your region.
