Default Video Inside Video

OK I have built whiteboarding animation video with Videoscribe, and now I want to combine real footage of people, and place that onto the whiteboard video. So I basically want to do video inside video. On the whiteboard video, as an example, I will be drawing a blank square that looks like an iPad, where I then want to place the video. I'm only about a week into Edius, so not quite sure which effects to use. Is this the Layouter tool? Direction please?!?

If it is an alpha channel graphic, just put the video below the graphic. If not, use Layouter to resize the video

There are third party plug-ins that can be used to insert/scale/warp a video onto a screen in a master video.
NewBlueFX's Image Mapper (also included in Essentials III) is one.
