Default Edius 9 and blue screen when I export

Hi, I have just finished a UHD project and now I have to export it. I'm choosing to esport to H.264. But when Edius 9 is exporting after 5-6 minutes a blue screen showas out. I tried to delete files in Temp folder (Win 10), then I deleted the rendered unused files, then I did a scan with a Malwarebytes and even with a Antivirus. But I get always the same problem. I can't export from Edius 9 timeline. I attach the pics. What could I do please?
Thanks

I got the blue screen a few times after the last few WIN10 updates too. Went away for a while even ran sfc /scannow a few times but it found nothing wrong. Edius seems to create this as I do not think it has happened when I am running Resolve or Vegas. Not surprising as most of the time I am editing using EDIUS. Will try and record next time it happens. Maybe when we actually get the full next WIN10 update it will go away !!!

Have you checked your CPU temperature during export?

The Blue Screen is related to the GPU.

Have a look at this to see if it helps:

Yes, you are right. I fact I have just unistalled the driver and I installed it again before reading your post. Now I'm testing it to check what it will happen.
thanks

EDIT: Something very strange is happening to me now. In fact, Edius 9 now requires 12 hours to export a 30 minute UHD project.

Sounds like your driver version is not allowing QuickSync to be used.

But my i9 doesn't have QuickSync

I don't know if it is a Ediu 9 problem or Windows 10 problem.

In that case, I think you might need to do a bit of investigation.

I don't use Win 10 so I can't help you there, but I know that several times in the past Win 10 updates have broken functionality with many pieces of software, not just Edius.

Perhaps our resident Win 10 gurus like Jerry, Ron, or Anton can help more.

I already asked about the CPU temperatures. Exporting UHD taxes the CPU far more than just exporting to an HD file does.

I'm sorry Jerry, I didn't know where to find it.
.... and if I have to be sincere even the windows 10 audio has disappeared after installing the latest Nvidia driver. Now I have no Audio in my PC.
