Default Question about Disable Resampling and Chromakey effect problem

Usually I record videogames gameplay and I have a problem with resampling in EDIUS. I can't find a way to disable it, none of this options work:
Because resample causing every frame to blur like that:
You can find similar problem in Vegas Pro if you didn't disable resample on every videofile:
I tried to change Field Order in files, but that didn'l help at all. So is there any possible way to remove that blury effect in videos and disable resample?

And a little question: my chromokey effect always have this error even if have alpha channel option on in project settings:

My version is 6.54

That shouldn't be caused by resampling. Resampling is used for resizing.
What your image shows looks more like two separate fields being combined into one.

How are you recording your gameplay, and is your console outputting interlaced or progressive?

The Alpha channel note is simply informative.
