Default FC Writer:The quality settings has no effect

The Quality settings on 1920x1080 which are "super high quality"/"high quality"/"standard quality" has no effect on the ouput files.Edius reports in all cases a Video Data Rate of 40,5/60,0 and the file size is identical in all cases.
I already raised an issue.

Right you are Joe. It makes no difference.
In the manual, that section is supposed to be only for SD to HD upconcersions, however, it doesn't matter, 1440>1920 or 520>1920 results are the same (data rate wise).

Basically there's not much we can control at all.
