Default best import and export file

Hi
I just got files taken with panasonic gh5 1920\1080 8bit 100mbps 50p
mov files.

What is the best setting import of the project
And what is the best hd file export setting?

if the clips are HD 50p, your project setting should be HD 50p and you can also then export to either HD 50p mp4 or 1280x720 50p mp4

it all depends how the exported files will be used? TV playback via USB? Web? Blu-ray? DVD?

or on computer .
