Yep that is why I was asking.
‎2.13.3 Tuesday, ‎February ‎16, ‎2016 10:37:06 AM

I still think that installing the latest driver is worth a try. Or at least reinstalling 2.13.3 if that was installed.

I use Shuttle Express on my Portaprompt - never with Edius and only with Win7, so cannot test. I do know that last year on a job it was not working "as expected" updating/reinstalling the driver brought it back to life.

I'm p'ing in the wind here....but enough of my fetishes!
When you uninstalled the driver did you do a reboot?
If you re-install today does it work?
My uneducated suspicion is that something from the driver remains.
I mentioned the problem with my Portaprompt and I recall that it was still flakey and running CCleaner on the registry and also searching for any Contour references in the registry.

My guess is that Win10 is hammering it

Well, for now it's working by uninstalling, reboot, clean with Ccleaner, reinstalling again and reboot. Hopefully it will still work when I reboot!!!
