Default Can't rearrange effects in bin (Edius 5)

In Edius 4.6 I was able to move effects around, changing their order. I was also able to move custom effect folders around. I can't seem to do this with Edius 5. When I import my custom folder of effects, Edius places it at the bottom of the list of effects! How can I change this? Thanks

You can simply drag the effects folder to another location. Make sure the bin is not "locked", see the lock icon on the top right of the effects window.
