Default Dual Xeon Motherboard for HDSTORM

Hello.
I need suggestion about a certified motherboard with DUAL XEON QUAD for a HDSTORM system.

Supermicro X7DAE/8/3 ? Any newer alternative ?

I've personally tested X7DA3 and X7DWA-N and are comfortable with both.
Note: Only tested with XP PRO 32 bit.

Wait a little while is my advice, the Xeon's are meant to be dying out, rumors have it that MB'S with dual CPU support for the new Intel i7 will be out soon, test's have been done on servers and they are meant to be performing very well, Speaking to a freind of mine the other day in the Factory (company) he was saying that the Xeon's are old Technolgie now, and that the i7'S will replace them soon.
