Default digital juice

just got back into digital juice most are quick time and some ar mov with alpha channel embedded these file will not go to bin . i know about quick time virus so what to do?

Are you using the older files on disc or the newer juicer where you download the file you want?

thanks for help i am using new online download files. and i just download quick time and turn the quick time on in system setting it seem to go in to the bin now and works. but afraid of virus from quick time.

you won't get a virus from quicktime unless you set quicktime player as your default web video player

also, you can uninstall quicktime player, then install and choose custom, and select essentials, this means the player will not be installed, only the codecs will be installed and EDIUS will be happy

Using QT will be fine. There as also other Download options in Juicer that work in EDIUS.
