Default Edius eID lost for one of my clients

I am disapointed.

One of my clients come times to times in a flat, neighbour of my office, to work on his PC with Edius 8. The delay between 2 visits can be long (1 or 2 month).

He has no internet connexion in these flat... so he connects a 4G box (that emits a WiFi link to his computer) when he is on site...

The last time, when starting Edius, a popup box cames and he had (that' what he said) to fill his eID... with no success... (I suppose the internet link was not of good quality). He receive a mail to restart his "password"... but he didn't see it and the delay of 48 hours is over.

What's the way to definitively use Edius without having these issue after a correct and loyal registration.... and no permanent link to internet.

Thanks to help
