Default What mouse do you use?

I want to get a better, more efficient mouse for my video editing. Bigger and snugger in my hand. Yes, I use lots of keyboard shortcuts but a good mouse is key too. I read about trackballs like LOGITECH trackball, but what can this ball do in editing suites? What mouse do you have and\or recommend?

I use a Logitech trackball mouse and love it. It has the 40mm diameter ball. I use the forward and back buttons constantly. At 70 Euros it is rather expensive for just a mouse.

What model do you use? I think here it's cheaper. Also, do you use wireless? Because I never liked the precision of wireless for editing.

Yes it is wireless. The model number is M570.

I use it for CAD which is much more demanding in accuracy than editing.

Yes that is the mouse. The mouse you linked to is not new. It is remanufactured.

Tell me, are wireless PC mice faster or better when connected to a USB3, or it doesn't matter?

I don't have a clue! Mine works great and is every bit as fast as any other wired mouse I have used. The resolution is perfect for my CAD work. My wrist doesn't hurt like it used to with a normal mouse. I can traverse the two monitors much faster with the trackball than a regular mouse. I have no downsides to using the trackball. I also use a 3D connexion SpacePilot Pro so I am using two Mouses(mice?) at the same time. Life is good.
