Default ProRes specs?

Happy Sunday everyone (except down-under - Happy Monday!)

I have to deliver to a distributor a ProRes version of our award-winning Festival short. Here are their specs for delivery - and I'm not sure EDIUS is able to deliver the conversion from mp4. I cannot even tell if the EDIUS output conversion to ProRes is ProRes 422 or 422 HQ or even VBR, much less at 220 Mbps.

Apple ProRes 422 HQ
VBR expected at 220 Mbps
1920x1080 Square pixel aspect ratio
Native frame rate of mp4 - OK
Audio - AAC

I'd appreciate any advice, for they're very specific about accepting only the above video and audio specs.
Many thanks,
Alan

Anton - thanks. Upon further investigation and a trial conversion, seems I have all the required settings in the MOV file - thanks to you. Appreciate you getting back to me.

PS - coming to NAB this year???? I still owe you some good wine!

Hey Alan,

Just a note about ProRes. It is by nature a VBR codec, as is HQ/HQX, and the 422HQ variant denotes 220Mbps @ 29.97fps. If your film is 23.976, the bitrate will be less. Probably in the area of 176Mbps.

Suffice to say that each bottle was over $100. I couldn't let Anton think that Napa Valkey had bad wine. ;-)
