Default problem with Edius

Hello, I have some problem. I am using Edius 8.53 , but last week i am having consistent crashes when i try to play clips , the program simply quits. And then, I update windows and re-installed Edius but can't fix. Please tell me how to do that?

You will need to give a bit more information.
1 which clips, Format/codec
2 system specs.
3 version of windows

You have not provided ANY information to help solve the problem.
