Default Problems with Audio

Hi, today I have problems with audio. When I add clips on Edius timeline their sound disappears. Or better, I see there are the audio tracks but it is impossible to listen the sound. If I open an old project I listen well the sound.
And yet in my PC if I click with mouse in clip I listen the sound. In the Mixer Audio page Peak Indicator is ok. Why do I have this problem? Mistakenly did I change some configuration in Edius?
Thanks for some info.

I tell you again: with old projects I listen the sound but if I make a new project I don't listen the sound anymore even with every config: UHD, HD and SD..... and if I add new clip on timeline in an old project I don't see the audio track in the middle of clip. Look please.
I cannot add clips on the timeline anymore because they have not sound. My video editing is blocked.

Do you actually bring sound to the timeline?
Are your track patches active?

I usually trail every clip from Bin to the timeline with mouse. I have always got clips with sound.

Can I see a sreenshot of your timeline with the track patches?

Next: right click on the timeline. New and create a color bar .
DO you hear the audio of the color bar?

Also are you using the device which your speaker are connected to as the preview device?

your screenshot shows video clips with no audio on a VA track, as a result you won't hear audio, this is normal

he is also using an 8 channel 7.1 surround sound project setting for SD instead of 2 channels stereo

a possible cause of no audio on VA could be a grayed out patch as you are already suspecting

Edius 8 seems crazy. I think the problem is hard to solve. Now I explain better:
1) If I drag some new clips to the timeline of an old project the new clips have not audio tracks but all the old project sounds fine whithour any problem.
2) If I make a new project and I drag the clips to the timeline, all the clips have the audio tracks but they don't have sound.
3) Even if I drag a clip on a sound track of the timeline, it is dumb, without sound.
It is incredible. Look at pics please.
