Using Gh4 and Gh5 files you can edit of a normal hard drive. And SSD is nicer.
For a processor, I would go for a 9900K, as Quick Sync makes a lot of difference when it comes to playback. I recently tested a 9900x system which was several hundred more and it was about the same speed when not using Quick Sync, and worse when I was using Quick Sync.
