Default .MOV files that work with Summit

Here are some settings for helping clips work with Summit and what you would get as a .MOV file when it exports.
Just a note, I am using FCP version 7.0.3 and QTpro 7.6.6(1709) We have found that some versions of QT do not like our clips.

Clip or sequence settings that work very well with Summit are:

Vid Rate – 29.97
Frame Size – 1280x1080
Compressor – DVCPRO HD 1080i60
Data Rate – 14.5 MB/sec
Pixel Aspect – HD (1280x1080)
Field Dominance – Upper (Odd)
Audio – 48KHz
Bit Rate – 16bit

Please let me know what variations of your edit system works, and what settings or workflow is successful so that I may document it and make it public knowledge.
