Default Moving a title in Video Layout

I've never really had the need to use the Video Layout tool until recently (I know, it's a great function). I'm trying to use it to move a title. It's easy enough to accomplish but for some reason the title is starting slow, reaching it's speed of movement, then slowing down until it finally stops (in other words is ramping up then ramping down). In this scenario I just want a constant speed although I can see a time when the "ramping" would be cool. Is there anyway to control the movement?

Right mouse click on the keyframe node and change it to linear, yes we need a global settings for keyframing in the Layout tool. I hate to have adjust everytime to linear.

Khoi - thank you my friend. That's what happens after another monster editing session (forgetting the right click function, lol). I agree about the global settings as well. Cheers

Are you using Quick Titler?, In the same Video Layout is linear activate the node set to be constant all nodes must be activated in this way.

The time of movement of Video Layout is based on the time location clip in the timeline of EDIUS as you can appreciate, it is not practical this command should be more user-friendly as motion commands IMAGINATE... so I recommend you use the 3D PinP it is more practical and straightforward to create a continuous line.

If you have the Title Motion Pro is much better even his constant movement is really smooth and clean, almost all of my titles are worked there.

I stumbled on this one the other day...
The Title Track has it's own crippled version of Layout.
Not sure why.

you need Edius5 or later for keyframes in layout

and the title needs to be on video track in order to use layout keyframes
