If you have applied Mercalli to any clips it is well worth while going to 'Tools' before rendering.

Since Edius 8, I have not install Mercalli. And stabilizer gives me very good result.

I am working on it and it seems that after calculing a long clip (30') it can be "cut" after without loosing pre-calculation.

The only time I find I have to "re-calculate" the stabilizer after altering a shot - or re-editing a long scene or group of scenes - is when I EXTEND a scene that has stabilization on it. When shortening a scene with stab on it, there is no need to re-calculate. The stabilization will hold. (re:EDIUS stabilizer - NOT Mercalli stab!).

Vous parlez anglais beaucoup mieux que mon français.

Ma femme et moi naviguons chaque été sur les canaux de France et de Belgique et j'aimerais pouvoir parler français bien mieux que moi. Après 29 ans, je suis embarrassé.
