Default Trouble decoding *.mp4 Mpeg-4, win7, Edius 8 pro

Hello, I have trouble during trying to add clip in mp4 (MPEG-4) to project in Edius 8 pro, Windows 7 64b professional.
The same video works on windows 10 (same machine, other disk), and also on same machine (same system) but in Edius neo.
The trouble is - when I add it to project, instead of video there is just green rectangle.
Could any one help me please?
Newest codecs installed.

Looks like you put the clip on the Title track, not a VA or V track.

Hello, thank you, but it did not help.
I repeat - on the same computer and same system (win 7 prof 64 b), the same video works fine in software Edius Neo 2. And on the same computer, but under Windows 10 it works even in the same sw - the newest Edius 8 pro.
Please help. I tried to reinstall all components of Edius - without any success.
Is possible that I set some setting wrong? But it should disappear after reinstall, no?

Thank you

What do you mean by this?
Have you loaded the GV codec pack meant for playback on a computer without EDIUS?
If so uninstall and re install EDIUS

Do you have an Intel graphics card for quicksync on your system? If so then try going in to 'Settings', 'System Settings', 'Importer/Exporter', 'AVCHD' and untick the 'Use Hardware Decoder'

If that works then it means you need to update your Intel GPU drivers, but without knowing the specs of the system it's difficult to say which drivers you need

I uninstalled quicktime, edius, GV licence manager,
cleaned registers with ccleaner,
rebooted and
install guicktime, install Edius 8.1 and again the same result...
Any other idea?
Thank you
