Hi
I am now capturing and playing back with MXO2 MINI on my other PC using one of the decks and cables I used on the EDIUS PC that I couldnít make work.

Possible faulty BM?

Anton
I now remember the reason I capture this way is because I only want about 5 minutes from a DVD and I know whereabouts the portion is. Using Browser it captures the entire disc or chapters.

Anton's method would also give you a bit better quality since composite looses a lot of signal.

The BM card could be faulty. If you want to drop it in to me I could give it a quick test. You could PM or email me about it.

I will give Antonís way a try but if I have 10 Dvd/Bluray to copy it will be a lot of media but I could select the bits I want and export a file to my project then bump all the unwanted media.

Thanks for your offer but I donít want to put you to too much trouble. I use BM for the output and if I go Antonís route I would only have to capture VCR tapes on MATROX MXO2 which isnít very often.

Iíll think about your offer.

Regards
Ken
