Hi Roy
During the last year (so with different CC version and nexos ones), I have been experienced some "counter reset" issues during play out. Last one today. I figure it out now that it is happening whenever you run a counter command and a ticker command together. ![]() ![]() I try to use different command level (0-1-2) but same result. Can you recreate the issue as well or I am doing something wrong? Thanks, Matteo |

Hi Roy,
I saw that the counter reset is happening as well if you have an animation player looping and sharing position with the counter. Please let me know if there are updates on this topic, since we have to refuse GFX combo when a counter is planned to air. Best, Matteo |

Roy,
I'm having the same issue. The countdown starts correctly based on the value of the parameter but during the countdown it resets to 00:00:00 and then continues the countdown. For example 01:30:15, 01:30:14, 00:00:00, 01:30:12. I'm using Composer v1.6. Has this bug been resolved? If not, then do you know when the Counter will be fixed? Thanks, Jay |

Hi Jay,
It has not been fixed yet in Channel Composer. However it is fixed in nexos-v3.8.2, i.e. the K2Edge. So your Counter templates should work as expected on the K2Edge, provided that it uses nexos-v3.8.2 or newer. Regards, Roy |
