All of the versions are NewBlue Titler Pro. The license you receive will determine what type it is.
Open the NewBlue App Manager and find your version. You will see Ultimate at that point.

I don't know if mine is the newest. I'm on TP7 now and haven't kept up with TP6 updates.
I don't go by the App as to whether or not that there is a new update.

Ask Marcus for the latest version. He's in the best position to find out for you.

I would work with Marcus to get a different version before spending money.
If your issue can't be fixed, then go to TP7.

Before buying, download a trial of TP7 to verify that it does solve your problem.

Yes, 180523 is the newest release version of Titler Pro 6. Let's try turning on the logging for Titler Pro 6 and see if that gives us some clues. Please follow these steps (make sure you exit Edius and Titler Pro if they are running):

1. Go to C:\Program Files\NewBlueFX\Titler and run turnLogsOn.reg.

2. Open Titler Pro and use it in Edius, making sure that you are seeing the same quality issues as before

3. Download our Report Utility (http://www.newbluefx.com/downloads/S...ortUtility.zip),
extract the contents and save them to C:\Program Files\NewBlueFX\Titler

4. Run ReportUtility.exe (ignore any unidentified publisher warnings, the file is safe)

5. Save the log.txt file to share

6. You can disable logs by running the turnLogsOff.reg from C:\Program Files\NewBlueFX\Titler

And please send that log file once you have a chance to get it.

Hi Pawel,

Thank you for the log file! It looks like your title isn't fully rendered in the cache, which would explain the quality difference.

By any chance do you have the Titler Pro interface still open when playing back your Edius timeline? When you go to exit the Titler Pro interface and select to "Keep" your changes, you should see a few progress bars on screen before Titler Pro closes. That's the cache being rendered and it's not triggered until you close the interface.

Yeah, I 'm closing NBT every time and there is a progress bar. But... when I'm closing Edius sometimes NBT closing with it like it's still open when I'm working. Strange.

Pawel, are you on Windows 7 or Windows 10?
When closing Edius, do you get an after closing hang or crash with Edius?
When you return back to Edius after the render process, to you see a little lock icon on the desktop, or what looks like another icon behind the Edius Icon on the taskbar?
