Jerry, I use QS. Maybe that's why. But when I turned off iGPU the result was the same.

I have QS on the machine with TP7 and don't have QS on the 980x.

Here is the TP6 title created on TP6 for you to try. The file was tested in both 1080p 59.94 and 25p.

Well, I tried your Preset, Jerry. And I must say I don't see much difference between On and Off Render Cache. Maybe I have something wrong with my NBT6. Also I upload screen with Settings (there is nothing like Motion Blur there)

I noticed in my title settings the Motion Blur tick box was not there. I found that strange. The panel you showed is where the the Motion Blur tick box is located.

Maybe Marcus will have an idea why the MB tick box is not showing in TP6.
You may want to take a day and remove all NB products from your machine, including all of the folders that the uninstaller doesn't remove.
Then reboot and re-install all of the NB products.
After all of the NB products have been installed, reboot.
It's a PITA, but this did help me.

Pawel, what version number of TP6 are you running? Do you have Ultimate or just Pro? I'm running 180523 Ultimate.
Marcus may be able to get you a newer version than the one I'm using.
It might be worthwhile to try a different download and different version.
