Yes, i did..

when i export, it only give an option up to 8ch..

Export to H.264. You should be able to do it.

AVI and MOV are capable to contain 16 or more audio tracks.

Exported channels is depended on format.
We cannot export more channels then the specification of a certain format allows.
You can export 16 channels or more to MXF AVC ultra, HQX MXF and DNXHR MXF to name a few.

HQX avi for example also exports 16.

So you have to check the specification set forth by the format to see what the maximum channels are.
