Depending which part of the world you live in prizes can varry quite a bit.
I have found to be minimal difference between 1333 & 1600 speed for the ram.
If over clock is your middle name go for 1600, otherwise get a nicer GPU card.
If beside Edius you use other big name compositing and NLE software get a big GPU card, for Edius alone a medium end will do.
Keep in mind when building a system that double the budget doesn't mean double the power, al things must be a ballanced match.

As power supply price don't change much between models I would go for the bigger one, this will always give you more freedom for internal upgrades.
