1a-c. Go to User Settings>Preview>Monitor
2. Click the Monitor Check Button to identify your screens
3. Match the screen number to the number is the list. This is either 1 or 2.

The screen shot is from Edius 9.4.

I have my 1080ti running my #1 monitor and my Intel GPU running my #2 monitor. I have my #2 set to auto. All you have to do is double click the Edius preview monitor.
