Indeed!
Resolve, Premiere, already have this as a standard feature. Edius shouldn't keep this as special premium feature anymore.

I, of course, asked them about Edius. Unfortunately, they don't test or spec their systems for it. However, I was able to get enough information from their other testing to firmly sway me toward AMD.

I've been getting that on projects where I used Neat Video 4, now that I have Neat 5 installed.

Ron, I've been a bit busy, but I did get a chance to test the 4096:2160 10bit rec709 file. Assuming, I had the project settings done correctly, I stopped at 9 layers with 8 PIP. I had to do an errand...

Jerry, I just tried it on a 3840x2160 10bit 4:2:2 59.94 file that Ron Evans sent me to test. It did 2 layers at buffer at 32:32. 3 layers maxed it out, but 2 was easy.

Sorry Jerry, I don't have any 4:2:2 4K 59.94 fps content to test. However, I do have some 29.97 time lapse sequences converted to interim HQX files which are 7952/5304, which is larger than 8K, and I...
