Hello David, thanks for your reply.

The 4k video was shot on a Sony RX100 v camera, and is XAVC S format. I have also tried importing other 4k files from a DJI Mavic Air drone (MP4).

Edius 6.08 and 4k

Hello, I am happily working with 6.08 which does everything I want - or it did, I now have a camera now that shoots 4k and Edius doesn't recognise the files. I saw that there's an HDX codec for 4k...

I have answered my own question...

Nil desperandum, as they say.

Although it is not possible to Add File (to the bin) as with other clips - Edius errors and is unable to recognise the .nbtitle file, it is possible to open the New...

Is there a fix for this yet?

I have had New Blue Titler for a few years but up to now have not tried it in anger and I didn't have time for a learning curve.

I have now had some time and have created a title 'project' which I...

48p footage in Edius 6

Someone has asked me to edit something that they shot on a GoPro from a drone, filmed at 1080p 48fps.

I don't have the footage yet but just checked and Edius doesn't have presets for 48p

Great tips, thank you.
