EXploring a Blue Line

This is my tribute to exploring one of those thin blue lines shown on topographical maps. Shot in September 2016 in the North Georgia Mountains using a Panasonic GH4 camera. Lenses used were the Panasonic 14-45, 45-175, and Olympus 60mm macro as well as 75-300. Other equipment used was a Benro S-6 tripod, Tascam DR-40 audio recorder, and Rhino Slider V1 carbon.

Mark, great video of the Blue Line. Your work is something I seek to copy if I'm talented enough to produce through this coming winter. But what I really want to say is thank you for is including Jamendo dot com. I've been checking them out and I think I found a new source for great soundtracks at a super reasonable price. I just sent them an email with a few questions that I think they will okay and after that I'll be joining and downloading.

Thanks again for sharing!!!

Glad that you liked it. There are a lot of reasonably priced music sites out there. But for me jamendo, audionetwork and soundcloud are my go to sources.

Cozumel Undersea World

I just finished this film featuring Cozumel underwater scenes of the beautiful coral reefs and abundant sea life which inhabits them. Truly a beautiful place. The film was shot in 3D for the Underwater 3D Channel but is going on it in both 2D and 3D versions.

Another project for fun. White Owl Falls is located near Sapphire, North Carolina. I had to drive a long way to find decent flowing water due the continuing drought in the southeast. Shot using a Panasonic GH4 camera, set at 1080p 60fps. Lenses used were the Panasonic 14-45, 45-175, and Olympus 60mm macro. Edited with Edius 5.51.

Nice job, Mark. I really like that effect you use going from normal to slow shutter speeds on a couple of the waterfall scenes.
