STORM 3G VGA Problem

Hello!

I use my Edius 8.3 with STORM 3G editing card, and i have a problem with it.
If I remove my VGA and use only integrated video card, the rendering time in Edius is 4 times faster and the CPU usage is around 10-20%.

If I use my dedicated VGA (750 Ti) the Editing card is only used for previewing a 2nd monitor, the rendering time is much slower and the CPU usage is nearly 100%.

What could cause this problem? I tried several PCI slot.
I need the 750 Ti because the integrated can't play 4K videos.

CPU: Intel i7 4770K
Motherboard: Asus Z97-Pro
GPU: Gigabyte 750 Ti 2 Gb

I assume you mean when rendering out to an h264 file. If so then when using the internal GPU it's using the Intel GPU for rendering (Quick sync). When using the GTX card it doesn't have access to Quick sync so it falls back on using the main part of the CPU.
You could add in an extra cable from the onboard GPU to the monitor if the monitor has 2 sockets on the back so the Intel GPU is also active, that would give you the use of the GTX and the ability to use Quick sync.
