your Windows seems to be updated to some not yet released version 17134

are you on the insider program?

also make sure all 3 Grass Valley folders are excluded from your Avira anti virus

Windows 10 build 17134 is Windows 10 1803, aka Spring Creators Update. It's officially released and rolling out via Windows Update (one my my systems received it a week ago).

ahahhh, I heard the latest was 1803 and assumed it would show as such in system info

1803 is something like a version number, made up of the year and month of the code complete milestone, in this case March 2018, aka Spring Creators Update. There were a couple of build numbers that were candidates for the RTM (Release To Manufacturing) build.

1709 (September 2017) was the Fall Creators Update.
