  • MYNC stopped opening

    MYNC has has suddenly stopped opening. comes up with licence error failed activation 10006.0.0. Says installation has been been installed improperly. Any ideas why this should happen. Been working normally for many years
    Intel i7 6700k, Gigabyte GA-170-HD3 motherboard, Edius pro8, windows 10 pro, 16 gb ram, 256gb SanDisc ssd system drive, Geforce GTX960 graphics card, Blackmagic Intensity Pro4 video card.

    does it also fail if you open it from the EDIUS tool menu?

      Have you tried a reinstall?

        Hi, sorry for the delayed reply, in bed over here when the replies came in. No Anton it does not open from the tool menu. Can I reinstall just MYNC or will I have to remove 8 and completely and reinstall. I don't want to lose my existing projects.

          Hi Guys, thanks for your inputs, have just had a play around and have managed to just uninstall just Mync and reinstall successfully. Many thanks.
