  • Audio issue when importing a MYNC storyboard

Importing an FCP storyboard from MYNC into EDIUS 8.53 results in two mono audio tracks. For simple cutting I would rather have one stereo track.
Whatever I try with audio mapping in the project preferences - there is no change.
Is there any way to either 1) import audio directly into one stereo track or 2) merge the mono tracks to a stereo track?

add the mono/stereo switch to the mode bar, then switch to stereo prior to dragging clips to timeline

      Hi Anton,

thanks for your reply. This works well when I import clips to an existing sequence. However, when importing a storyboard from MYNC a new sequence is created by the system and there are always two mono tracks, regardless the project- or sequence-settings

that seems to be a shortcoming of Mync then? I never use it so I have no further ideas
