One request I have is that future versions be distributed in ZIP files -- I confidently predict that someone will soon post saying they can't open the RAR file.

You only read the PDF document "Instructions_English" it is for its language of origin, that this explained everything connected on that version of EDIUS corresponds to each folder Support A, B and C. .. with respect to PDF "Instrucciones_Spanish" is to read the Latin American users of EDIUS, greetings

thanks for the comments to my work and scope for additional ZIP users in North America ... Do not know why because in north america do not use the compressor "WinRar" because in Latin America and Europe is the most used by servers to download files on network.

Go here to download a nifty utility that opens most file types including RAR and zips. It's free.

The advantage that ZIP has is that all versions except Windows 2000 include support for it in Windows Explorer -- you don't need to install any additional software to open the files.

Which is why I made it into a ZIP. Still way too many people that see a .RAR file and go "Huh?"
