Cartoonr plug-in

Yes, I found this out just now:)

Plug-in "cartoonr" does not show up well in timeline and you really can't see it, but one frame at a time as it render it to view.
Other than that, once exported or written out, it does a very cool job.

Too bad that not in real time.....
