Edius x problem Vitascene

Good morning
I don't know how but vitascene version for edius X used to play without problems but now as I insert an effect the play stops almost immediately and turns red
Before it went into play without blocking even if I inserted a filter
I uninstalled and reinstalled vitascene and put the latest version but nothing
I also formatted the pc to do a clean install but nothing is wrong

Can you help me to solve the problem

is it possible that you have a missing or corrupt nvidia driver? Vitascene requires the nvidia card to be working and have a monitor connected to it

also, what is your buffer showing during playback without vitascene filter? what is your project setting? what are the source clips?

yes nvidea drivers are all installed and up to date.
I work with two monitors one attached to the motherboard and one attached to the nvidea card.
optical flow is not active

what is the buffer showing during playback without vitascene and with vitascene

maybe one of the audio mixer channels is not in off position?
