1. I can see X WG and X Pro license in your LM, which one are you using?
2. can I see a screenshot of the contents of C:\Program Files\VSTPlugIns
3. can you confirm that C:\Program Files\VSTPlugIns is excluded from your Norton internet security
4. can you confirm that all 3 Grass Valley folders are excluded from your Norton internet security (program files/grass valley, appdata/roaming/grass valley, program data/grass valley)
5. can I see a screenshot of your VST plugin bridge as seen in attached example

Hi Anton - attached is the requested System file. HOWEVER - HOWEVER - Just found out the clue to having the WAVE Clarity Vx in the Effects list. You HAVE TO be actively connected to the internet ! ! ! I usually do not connect as a habit - too many network interruptions and chances for hacking on my dedicated Editing computer. But it seems that the WAVES website must be available in order for this program to be authorized each time you load EDIUS. Hooray - and thanks for the help, as usual.!!!

I've never had it disappear either. I would suggest using a separate audio program that accepts Waves as a plugin. I use Audition and round trip the audio. It's faster
than trying to make it work properly in Edius X. Premiere and Resolve accept Waves plugins.

Well guys...sh..t! I've tried everything. For 2 weeks! Same issue - strangest thing. I installed the latest version of EDIUS earlier this weekl, Opened up the EDIUS X file in the upgraded version - and there it was - Clarity VX. I was thrilled. Edited quite a while using the Clarity VX. Next day booted to EDIUS, loaded the same file I had partially edited the previous day - and VOILA - NO Clarity Vx. "Dummy Effect has been substituted for missing Effect"! Strange. I've followed everything everybody has suggested in this Post. I'm close to quitting WAVES.

I'm using a dual set up. Nvidia for main and Intel 770 iGpu on the 2nd monitor. No issues here on Win 11.

I have Windows 11 extend on 2 monitors. EDIUS crashes when opening the plugin on the 2nd screen. I simply brought the Clarity window back to the 1st monitor and it worked. I have no explanation.

That is strange. I don't remember that being a problem on any monitor (I have a triple monitor setup).

Works fine here in Win 11 but with the caveat that Anton mentioned (though mine is not that long).

it does not crash here with Win10 but due to an EDIUS X bug, the NR won't kick in in the first 10 to 16 seconds of the exported file

I hadn't tested Clarity VX in 10.34 with Windows 11 Pro yet. I just did and you can see the screen shot.
