  • Save as in Titler Pro

    Why on earth is it sooooo slow and clunky to do such a simple task as "save as" in Titler Pro.

    I have Edius X and I would have thought this would have been sorted by now. I simply want to use a template that I have previously used and copy this in the timeline but no I have to go "New>> Titler Pro>>> 'Don't Save" then open the template, then change the text, then save as, then hit X top right and hope I have it right.

    Any quick solutions welcome but I can't work it out!

    With EDIUS X I can open NewBlue, make several titles, each time using "save as" and putting them on the hard drive, then get out of NB, find the titles on the hard drive and drag them all in the bin. I don't know if you cuold do this with EDIUS 9 as I tend to use Vistitle mainly.

      David are you using the free version or the the paid 7.6 or 7.7 version?
      I don't recall the free version being able to import directly into the bin. I'm
      using Ultimate 7.7.

        The free version. I have never bought Titler Pro. New system using the one installed by the EDIUS.NET installer.

          Maybe it's an updated version than the original release.
