  • Anybody else having problems winth NewBlueFx and Edius 10

NB FX will not load the effects we purchased in the past. I contacted them, by email..no more phone support i guess, and the tech informed that they all work in edius 10 and for us to copy and past the plug ins from the edius 9 plug in folder to the edius 10 plugin folder....no good stopped edius from loading. Now its hard to get an answer from them. Anybody have a way to load them safely.

    Thanks in advance,
    Dano

      HI Jerry
The program has the installers. When I click to upgrade I am brought either to a German web site or a new blue page offering to sell me the software we are upgrading
and already purchased. To date no response from them. They use to be so much better. Guess covid killed their customer support as well...

Those are all native Edius installations.
Older installers did not recognize the correct path for Edius X.

Finally all fixed..i hope. A tech named Marcus from NBFX contracted me. He provided older links to the programs we needed to move to edius 10. I do have one question though....For Edius effect from New Blue...On what category should the be located in the effects folder?

                      Thank you all again,

do you mean the less than a handful ones that come with the OFX Bridge 2? You will see them once you install OFX2 bridge. Or do you mean purchased effects?
