  • Acon Digital Limiter issue - Edius X

I've been really impressed with the Acon Digital limiter that is bundled with Edius X, however I have noticed that when applied to more than one audio track in Edius it is disabled.

Turning off the 2nd track re enables it but in my situation I wanted to apply it to two tracks. Is there a fix?

I can't repeat it, I applied it to two clips that are on two tracks above one another and it works

how is it disabled in your case? is it unticked in info palette?

remember that you need to compensate for extra loudness by having two clips above one another so you need to increase the limit amount of each clip a bit like -8 instead of -6 etc.

I’m not using Edius x yet, but it might also help to know if you are using VA tracks, stereo tracks or mono tracks so others can replicate the setup and help identify the problem.

Sorry a question, I didn't understand correctly, is Acon Digital free on all ediusx versions?
That is Educational, Pro, WorkGroup version?
Or for the Educational and paid version?
            thank you.
