Prodad Vitascene

Having recently jumped from Edius v6 to v9 I find I need to get Vitascene because I used some effects and transitions from the included version with v6 and there's nothing in v9 that does the job.

Edius is still advocating Prodad VitaScene v2 LE on the website

But I can't seem to find out if I can still buy a licence to use it. Is that version still available? From whom?

ProDAD web page has a 25% off promotion at this time. Vitascene V2 LE to V3 LE is a US$60 upgrade with the discount. (It is a download version and that is the US price, VAT might add to that for the UK.)
